Our New Scheduling Software Is Here!
As of today, Friday, May 9th, all future OAP scheduling will go through Vagaro (the company that acquired Schedulicity). Please take a minute to read through some important information regarding this swap below.
GRAND AND LAUREL NOW HAVE SEPARATE SEPARATE SCHEDULING LINKS!!
That’s right, you will click one link to book at Grand, and another link to book at Laurel. You may want to save this email so that you have access to these links, though you can also find them on our website. In addition, we are working hard to update the links in all the other places you usually find them, though this may take a little time.
Some Other Things To Know:
You will still be able to book appointments at both locations!
All of your previously booked appointments have been moved over (you may have ever received some new appointment confirmations from Vagaro for those with appointments at Grand)
You should be able to log into Vagaro with the same credentials you used with Schedulicity.
The email address you used to sign into Schedulicity is now linked to a Vagaro account and is your login.
You may need to reset your password to log in successfully.
You will use the same login credentials to book at both locations.
This swap will not affect your pre-paid sessions in any way as we track them through another system.
